We go NUTS over these creamy and smooth dark chocolate almond butter cups. Super simple + only 3 ingredients!
12 oz chocolate chips (dairy-free to make it vegan)
1 tbsp. unrefined coconut oil
1/4 c (or 12 tsp). Broma Dark Chocolate Almond Butter
1. Melt the chocolate and coconut oil in the microwave for 1-2 minutes in intervals of 30 seconds so it doesn’t burn — it should turn out creamy with no lumps.
2. Using a mini muffin tray, line the insides. Place about 1 tsp of melted chocolate in the bottom, add the Broma on top, then place the remaining melted chocolate.
3. Freeze for 1 hour + enjoy!
