Broma Brownie Bites

It’s SO satisfying to throw all your ingredients in a blender and let it do the work. These MOM-APPROVED grain-free brownie bites kick off our BITES week — highlighting simple & quick Broma bites for on the go deliciousness.
Ingredients
1/2 c. Broma Dark Chocolate Almond Butter
1/4 c. maple syrup or sweetener of choice
1 egg
1 tbsp. coconut oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. baking soda
Pinch of salt
Optional: chocolate chips
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Throw everything into a blender except chocolate chips, if you’re using them. Blend on high for 1-2 minutes.
3.Spoon, by the tablespoon, into mini muffin pans.
4. Bake for 12 minutes.
5. Cool for 5 minutes. Enjoy! Makes 12 mini muffins.
