A healthier riff on a classic! These goodies remind us if a Kit Kat and Crunch Bar had a baby.
3 Thin brown rice cakes (we used TJ's thin square brown rice cakes)
3 Tbsp. Broma (any flavor!)
1/4 c. dairy-free chocolate chips or cacao nibs
Using a freezer-safe plate, place down your first rice cake. Add one tablespoon of broma and spread it to cover the edges. Place the next rice cake on top. Spead another tablespoon of broma on top. Repeat for the final layer. You can make as many layers as you'd like but we did three. Pop into the freezer for 15 minutes to chill. While it chills, melt your chocolate chips or cacao chips in the microwave until smooth. Remove the dessert from the freezer and cover top and sides with melted chocolate. Place back into the freezer for 15 minutes. When ready to enjoy, place on a cutting board and chop into long pieces. Enjoy!
