Mock Kit Kat

A healthier riff on a classic! These goodies remind us if a Kit Kat and Crunch Bar had a baby.  Ingredients: 3 Thin brown rice cakes (we used TJ's thin square brown rice cakes)  3 Tbsp. Broma (any flavor!)  1/4 c. dairy-free chocolate chips or cacao nibs  Directions: Using a freezer-safe plate, place down your first rice cake.
