Energy balls are a healthy snack you can make in minutes. And these are packed with protein and micronutrients to fuel you up, nourish your body, and support your new year's resolutions!
Ingredients
1 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
3/4 cup Broma
1/3 cup honey
2 scoops vanilla protein powder
1/4 cup flax meal
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
1 tsp ground cinnamon
Directions
Add everything to a large bowl and mix until well combined.
Scoop mixture into about 1 inch sized balls.
Place on a baking sheet and put in the fridge for about an hour for them to set.
Store in an air tight container for up to 2 weeks in the fridge.
