Taylor (CEO/Founder) started Broma with the mission to always provide delicious, transparent foods made with whole ingredients. In 2019, Taylor grandmother, Marie, discovered she was protein deficient. Armed with her masters in Food Studies, Taylor made an early prototype of Broma, a dark chocolate almond butter with lentils. The rest of the story is history.
