2. Pour 1/2 cup non-dairy milk of choice into jar with the chia seeds
3. Cover the jar (or jars if making a few at a time) and refrigerate overnight
3a. In the morning, your chia will be tender and will have absorbed most of the liquid. They can be eaten cold or hot, your choice!
4. Grab a spoon, add some toppings (e.g., banana slices, Broma layer, coconut shavings)
